LaborLodge houses work crews on West Texas's data-center build-outs, across multiple job sites and growing. PMStack brought its bookings, calls, texts and payments into one system, live six weeks after the agreement was signed.
Crews building data centers need somewhere to sleep close to the job, often at short notice and for stays that run from a night to several months. LaborLodge grew to serve them across multiple job sites, and each new site added more of the same work: answering calls and texts, taking bookings, chasing payments.
That work was spread across separate tools that didn't talk to each other: booking software, a texting tool, a phone line and payments handled by hand. Every guest's history lived in pieces, and every new site made the gaps wider.
PMStack's engineers built it with LaborLodge's team, around how they already work.
Guests pick dates and see what's open and what it really costs before they pay, with no sign-up. Nightly, weekly and monthly rates apply on their own as a stay gets longer.
Every call, text, booking and payment sits in one history per guest, so whoever picks up has the whole picture.
Every location runs on the same system, and each new site joins it as it opens rather than adding another tool.
“PMStack brought our bookings, calls, texts and payments into one system we can grow on. Our guests notice the difference, and working directly with the team has been incredibly valuable.”
